The Halls
The 6,000 square metres Exhibition/Events/Concert hall offers a modern state of the art facility that can be separated into two column free units of 2,000 sq/m and 4,000 sq/m respectively. The halls are situated off the main entrance to the Ricoh, with ample car parking on site.
What the Jaguar Exhibition Hall has to Offer
This excellent and fully adaptable facility can be transformed to accommodate up to 6,000 square metres of Exhibition, Conference or Concert Space holding a capacity of up to 8,000 standing.
Food/Drink
The Jaguar Exhibition Hall has several food kiosks which can serve members of the public attending an exhibition or concert. These Kiosks are completely flexible in the variety of food which can be served from each individual one.

Transportation/Vehicle Access/ Loading
The hall has two vehicle access doors which are 5m x 4m which can allow lorries access into the halls. These doors are located in two corners of the Jaguar Exhibition Hall for easy distribution upon un-loading.

Car Parking
Car parking facilities are available on site of up to 2,000 spaces. Due to our central location we also have excellent transport links. There is also 20 Coach / lorry spaces.

Power Supply
Within the exhibition hall, there are ducts at 9m centres, which are capable of holding power cables from one end of the hall to the other, to service events of all sizes.

Floor Loadings
The Jaguar Exhibition Hall HA loadings equate to 10 kilonewtons per square metre which is a point loading of 100 kilonewtons at 3.1 metre centres.
Stage
There is no staging within the Jaguar Exhibition Hall however the Ricoh Arena Events Team use ESS Ltd. Please call for details.

All electrical, water, drainage and data services are carried through the service ducts which are in place in the exhibition hall, these run 9.2 m apart.

Ricoh Arena do have fort lifts on-site however these are managed by Melville Logistics.
Changing Room Facilities
The Jaguar Exhibition Hall has two private changing rooms complete with dressing tables, chairs, clothes rack, private showers room and WC in each. These are both connected by a communal area complete kitchenette and soft furnishings, with external access.
Hospitality
There are nine hospitality suites on-site catering from 50 – 1,000 people, along with 46 pitch view rooms (stadium bowl side) looking over the pitch which can dine up to 12 people.
Hotel & Bistro
On-site there is the boutique 71 Rooms & Silk Suites hotel featuring 46 standard rooms, 21 mini suites and four suites. The Singers Bar & Bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner including daily snacks along with a residents bar.
Security
Ricoh Arena have a 24hr on-site security company and also use Showsec Security for Crowd Management and Event Stewarding.
Medical
The Jaguar Exhibition Hall has one medical room. Omega Events provides all first aiders, paramedics or doctors. These can be arranged upon request.

Full IT support is available on-site.
