A new era in banking has dawned in Coventry and Warwickshire after Yorkshire Bank moved into new offices at the Ricoh Arena.
The Coventry Financial Solutions Centre has opened on the second floor of the multi-purpose complex.
It offers one point of contact for all business and private banking customers where they can access expert advice with specialists in asset and invoice finance, financial planning, treasury and credit.
Almost 30 staff are based at the offices which include a members’ lounge, complete with a relaxing area with plasma television screens.
There are also two meeting rooms, including a conference facility for 12 people with overhead projector – all of which are free of charge to Yorkshire Bank customers and contacts.
Members also have free use of the conference and meeting room facilities throughout the fast-growing network of Financial Solutions Centres across the UK including those of Clydesdale Bank, which is also part of the National Australia Bank Group.
The Coventry Financial Solutions Centre will also host local networking events and seminars where members can do business together.
Andy Ashton, Managing Partner at the new Coventry Financial Solutions, believes the concept will be a success.
He said: “We believe firms and their owners are looking for a return to personal and business banking services based under one roof and accessed through a single point of contact. That’s what we provide here.
“Through their business our members are able to draw on a team of experts selected for their specialist knowledge and awareness of the local business scene.
